This collection exhibition was curated at "Weight Bookstore."
For the main visual, I simulated the handwritten track sheet from YMO merchandise of that era, transforming it into the poster’s structural foundation. Additionally, I incorporated objects from the exhibition and drew inspiration from a film I deeply love—Jojo Rabbit (2019), directed by Taika Waititi. In the film, Rosie tells Jojo: "You'll know it when you feel it. It's a pain. In your tummy. Like you're full of butterflies."
I hope that every exhibited piece, whether you’ve owned it before or not, captures the time and space in which I connected with these collected objects. The reason I referenced Jojo Rabbit is that Taika Waititi uses laughter to heal pain. Similarly, I wish for this exhibition not to be a confrontation with farewells but a remembrance—where even if there is pain, we recall the healing and happiness in every moment of encounter.
